No, that is simply a 6-disc radio. A CD Changer controlling radio is one that can control an external mounted/slaved 6 or 10 disc changer. |

No, the GM9-AUX requires CD Changer controls and 1995-1999 AM/FM/CD radios have no CD Changer capabilities. 2000 - 2002 AM/FM/CD radio will work. |

What is an auxiliary audio input port? |
It’s an electronic device which utilizes an existing data port (such as CD Changer port) and converts it to an auxiliary-audio input. |

My radio stopped recognizing the auxiliary input converter,
what do I Do? |
Sometimes if a battery has been changed or if the vehicle has suffered from a dead battery, the converter and the radio may fall out of synchronization and will require disconnecting the negative (-) battery terminal for about 10 minutes for a quick reset. |

Do you have anything that works with Navigation? |
Yes, our GM12 interfaces will work with Class II Navigation radios (both touch-screen & non touch-screen versions). The Ford (FRD03) interfaces, will work with the 6-disc in-dash, touch-screen, THX certified Navigation radio. |

Yes, the Pioneer interface will allow 6 presets (XM1 or XM2). The Kenwood interface will allow 12 presets (XM1 & XM2). |

The GM9/PC-KNW or GM10/PC-KNW? |
No, These adapters will require the Kenwood changer equipped wit O-N switch next to eject button. C669, C719 & 469FM changers do not have the O-N switch. |

How do I know if my Alpine radio is AUX input capable? |
Your Alpine radio (AI-Net or M-Bus) need to have a feature called Versatile-Link. This feature allows the radio to switch the function of the CD Changer port to an auxiliary audio input (requires PIE part to convert CD Changer plug to RCA’s). |
