Precision Interface Electronics, Inc., (PIE), warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of sale by PIE. PIE will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective under normal use within said time. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to PIE within said time and must include a PIE invoice number and date of sale proving the claim is within the warranty period. Misuse, tampering or in any way altering products will void any and all warranties. This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability relative to its products. In no event does PIE assume liability for any incidental or consequential damages. Neither does PIE assume any other liabilities except as provided herein. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties express or implied.
